Hi Raeesah- Our pricing depends on several factors but I will break down how it works. We have a starting price that comes with the room and that price can change depending on the time of year. This price includes meals/snacks, laundry, cleaning, music therapy, chair exercises etc. Next the price can increase depending on the overall health of the individual. For instance if your Aunt/Grandmother has Alzheimer/dementia that would increase the price because of the extra care required. We keep those add on costs relatively low. We also set a limit on how much the price could ever go up in order to protect you in the future. Overall our goal is to charge what is fair to both parties while offering exceptional service. We want our residents and their families to feel at peace about their decision to be a part of our family. Let me know if that helps and if you have any other questions.
